One of London’s most prestigious addresses – a Grade I listed, 30,000 sq ft property built in 1830 by Decimus Burton. Cheevers Poole was contracted to carry out the extensive internal and external alterations to an existing office, to deliver an elegant private residence for an overseas client. A complex programme of works that will include; enhancements to the roof area with the addition of a sunroom and roof terrace, creation of a new sub-basement with spa facilities and swimming pool, restoration of a grand entrance hall and staircase, an opulent master suite, multiple guest rooms and staff areas, and the addition of a car port enclosure.
